iTFT Computers, a leading provider of computer and laptop repair services based in Leighton Buzzard, sought to rebrand its web presence to improve user experience, enhance its brand identity, and drive business growth. The project aimed to develop a more intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional website that would cater to the needs of its target market, from private users to small businesses.

Due to budget constraints, conducting extensive user research following the double diamond process wasn't feasible. Instead, Hotjar analytics was utilised, running for a duration of five weeks on the existing website
It is clearly indicated that users were seeking a method to contact the business, as evidenced by their preference for clicking on the navigation menu rather than CTA button.
Clients required access to information about the business.
The hero section was frequently interacted with, yet the CTA failed to motivate users to take action.
CTA “Contact us” on this segment was frequently engaged suggesting the connection for the placement.
Frequent user interaction with the “No Fix No Fee” segment of the block suggests the demand for such information.
Another confirmation that the website`s demand for contact details is crucial and requires user friendly layout and structure.
Users need their computer fixed as soon as possible so they can dedicate their time on important and productive tasks to achieve more financial freedom.
Users need secure information storage to ensure business confidentiality and integrity, enhancing their reputation
Since the launch of the website, the business has seen a 30% increase in customer requests coming through, with the 10% conversion rate within the course of 2 months.
The data is still being gathered but the user response has been very positive for this business.
